Commitment for African Grey Congo?
I have been owning parakeets,cockatiels,and finches for 2 years.I was wondering if I should get a African Grey Congo.What made me interested was how beautiful they are and last time I went to a party and saw one.Though it was noisy but it seem friendly.I decided to get a African Grey Congo,but what are some commitment before owning them? Yes,I will take care of them like I did with my parakeets and cockatiels.Also I'm 13 and I am very interested in birds.Also can I buy one from Petco or Petsmart? Do they sell African Grey Congo? Thank You!
First if you are taking care of parakeets,cockatiels,and finches for 2 years.I guess you are probably living in a home,because if you live in an apartment it can be big trouble.Here are some commitments before owning a African Grey Congo:
1) It can be a lifetime bird.They can live 70+ years.
2) They will be and can be very noisy.
3) They need extreme care and a lot of attention (daily).

Last time I went to petco I think I saw an African Grey Congo.I forgot the price but usually they should be around 500-800$.When buying make sure your parents or an adult comes with you.

Where and should I buy an umbrella cockatoo?
I've been wanting an umbrella cockatoo for the LONGEST time. I've had a long time experience with birds about 10+ years ever since I was a kid. Cockatiels, parakeets, finches. They are very expensive and was wondering where to purchase/adopt them here in Georgia. I realize the responsibility behind purchasing one, but I can look past that. Suggestions?
