Molluscum contagiosum is characterized by small pearly papules with a central depression whose core may be expressed, producing a white cheesy material. The lesions average 2 to 5 mm in size and are usually painless, but may become inflamed, red, and swollen. This finding may also be observed on Giemsa-stained core material expressed onto a glass slide.

Although lesions due to molluscum are usually benign and resolve without scarring, scarring may occur from excoriation during the natural healing process in up to 7% of patients or after excessive curettage. For this reason, curettage is often not recommended in otherwise healthy individuals. Secondary infections may be a problem in immunocompromised patients, such as those with HIV/AIDS or those taking immunosuppressive drug therapies. Yes, it's always a good idea to add a fan to still air incubators (if you can).

The reason being, it needs a lower temperature to incubator, also, with the fan circulating the warm air around, the whole inside of your incubator stays the same. Unlike still air types where you can get cold spots.

You get much better even hatches in fan assisted incubators too.

Is this okay for my duck eggs?

I just got 12 Pekin duck eggs yesterday. I have a Little Giant incubator. I put them in, and the temperature is maintaining right around 99.5/100.0. I bought a humidity thing, like one you would put in a lizard cage. It has percentages. It says that the humidity is right between 65-70%. Is that alright. If too high, how do i make it go down.

Suggested humidity levels for duck eggs is 84%-88%. So you need more, not less.
