cleaning bird droppings off iron?

I work in a pet store, and the bird droppings have stained the wrought iron cages (white streaks despite my best scrubbing). Management tells us to scrub harder. Either is there a natural solution that I could smuggle in to try (birds cannot be removed from the cage, too obvious) or what is the pseudo scientific reasoning behind the streaks which would give me a logical argument to save me from scrubbing needlessly.
Also, how feasible would it be to try using some type of oil (like vegetable) to keep it looking nice, it always looks wonderful when its still wet.

Definitely try some sort of natural oil.
I find that Tea Tree Oil works best for stains on most surfaces.
or put some bicarb soda and white vinegar on a cloth and apply to the surface. The reaction between the 2 will lift of the droppings, just make sure to wipe down with water later.

Can I use Mighty Putty to attach things to stucco walls?

I have steel posts covered with stucco (that I cannot drill into) in my yard. I would like to attach decorative wrought iron arms, to hold hummingbird feeders, up high enough to keep the birds safe from my cats (the birds are in my yard anyway). I bought "Mighty Putty to do the job, but haven't been able to make them stay up. Help!

You'd have as much success with Liquid nails exterior adhesive, and following directions, apply, press, pull away, allow 15 seconds then press again, you'd have a contact cement like bond.
